Attorney Audrey Felsen represents both respondents and complainants in Title IX and disciplinary hearings in secondary schools, colleges and universities. We handle investigations involving sexual misconduct, concurrent criminal and school investigations, and disciplinary proceedings for violations of the school code of conduct. We understand these matters and time-sensitive nature and are familiar with school policies and procedures.
